The rise of artificial intelligence marks a profound shift in how knowledge is produced, processed, and understood in society. As Ai systems increasingly function as knowledge producers, they challenge long standing assumptions at the heart of the scientific method, particularly around transparency, interpretation, and the ability to interrogate how knowledge is generated.
This moment invites a critical reexamination of whether the scientific method, in its current form remains the most suitable framework for producing and verifying knowledge. At the same time, recent advances in artificial intelligence create new possibilities for modeling alternate knowledge systems and forms of intelligence in additionconventional human centered paradigms
